Precision Manufacturing for Demanding Applications
Founded in 2021, Guangdong MEIYA Technology Co., Ltd. specializes in ultra-precision mold inserts, interchangeable mold components, precision injection molds and high-accuracy machined parts.
Our manufacturing platform includes 37 CNC machining centers, YASDA 5-axis technology, HAUSER coordinate grinding, ultra-precision turning, precision EDM and ZEISS metrology. MEIYA supports medical, optical, multi-cavity packaging and other demanding applications from drawing review through manufacturing, dimensional inspection and delivery.
With ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 quality systems, we provide measurement-backed precision, consistent manufacturing and reliable program support for global customers.

APPLICATION
WHY MEIYA
Selected optical and precision components can be manufactured with process capability down to 0.0001 mm, supported by ultra-precision turning, grinding and controlled finishing processes.
YASDA 5-axis technology supports complex angles, curved surfaces and multi-side features while reducing repeated setups.
ZEISS XENOS, MICURA and ACCURA systems provide dimensional verification with measurement accuracy up to 0.00028 mm.
Capacity for Long-Term Programs
With 37 CNC machining centers and annual capacity of approximately 200 molds, MEIYA supports prototype, repeat and long-term manufacturing programs.
