Ultra-Precision Manufacturing Supported by Advanced Equipment and Measurement
Guangdong MEIYA Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2021 in Dongguan, Guangdong, China. We specialize in ultra-precision mold inserts, interchangeable mold components, precision injection molds and high-accuracy machined components for medical, optical, packaging and other demanding applications.
Our manufacturing platform includes 37 CNC machining centers and more than 80 sets of machining and metrology equipment. Key technologies include YASDA 5-axis machining, MAKINO precision machining, HAUSER coordinate grinding, ultra-precision turning, precision surface grinding, EDM and ZEISS dimensional inspection.
MEIYA operates ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 quality management systems. Our engineering, manufacturing and quality teams work together from drawing review and process planning through machining, inspection and delivery.
Our objective is not simply to manufacture parts according to drawings. We aim to identify manufacturing risks, select appropriate processes and provide measurable, repeatable results for every critical dimension.
